You can request a return within 14 days of delivery from your account's order page.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Underwear, earrings and opened electronics cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund the amount within 7 working days.
