All orders are paid in cash when they are delivered to you.
How long does delivery take?+
1–3 working days in Cairo and Giza, 3–5 working days in other governorates.
How much is delivery?+
It depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout. Orders over 1,000 EGP ship for free.
Can I track my order?+
Yes. Every status change appears on the order page in your account, and we email you at each step.
Can I return a product?+
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging. See our return policy.
